How do I track my order?

To track your order, please click here (https://style.pozitivo.net/track-order/) and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.te.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pack and ship immediately and have your order on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 12-20 business days.
International orders may take over 2 weeks and up to 8 depending on which country you live in and customs.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email info@pozitivo.net and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened.
